Now, for something a little different. It has been a while since I posted a good online webcomic for your enjoyment. There are thousands of online comics published daily in the Internet, and some of them are actually pretty good. Today’s entry, for example, provides a clear proof that you don’t have to be a great illustrator to make a great online comic: you just need perseverance, and a wild imagination, a possibly a few stick figures.

XKCD has been around for a few years (the name doesn’t really mean anything, in case you’re wondering), and it’s firmly established in the web, with many many readers from all over the world. I was personally hooked to this engaging concept right off the bat, as I read the disclaimer in the main page: “this comic occasionally contains strong language (which may be unsuitable for children), unusual humor (which may be unsuitable for adults), and advanced mathematics (which may be unsuitable for liberal-arts majors).”
