I don’t know why people worry so much about their body figure, but it’s a fact most of us do - especially women, I’d add if I were feeling sufficiently provocative. What’s with that, anyway? Have you noticed the people who worry the most about their features are quite often the better looking people? I think people who feel outright ugly will simply learn to deal with it more easily, and put it off their minds; by contrast, beautiful people are more likely to become obsessive with their minor imperfections.

Besides, certain cases are complicated, and this kind of surgery is not always a matter of vanity; for example, when I refer to cosmetic surgery, I bet the majority of you will think about Breast Enlargement surgeries (which is arguably the most popular type of cosmetic surgery there is); however, I was just reading and article about Breast Reduction, and I felt really sorry about this girl, who underwent such surgery to “shed her signature breasts for a more below-the-radar body type”. Really makes you wonder, uh?

Granted, it’s not as though I’m ideologically opposed to cosmetic surgery, or anything like that; I think people should do what it takes in order to be happy, but at the same time, I think people should avoid about hollow sources of happiness. All in all, I believe true happiness is a reward that sprouts from the seeds of self-acceptance. However, if you need to go to surgery to accept who you are, that doesn’t make you a bad person I guess. Here, to show I’m okay with it, I’ll even recommend a good clinic:
