Life goes by in the blink of an eye, and oftentimes we lose connection with who we are. Amidst the wrecking turmoil of modern life, it’s too easy to loose perspective, and that’s when bad things usually start happening. At first, you’ll just get a little stressed out for no apparent reason – yet sooner than you know it you’re actually going berserk and totally out of character. That’s usually a sign you’ve been pushing yourself too hard, and some peace of mind is in order. When I get that kind of feeling, one of my favored destinations is a good SPA, such as Body Wraps Chicago. And let me tell you something… a couple of years ago I would have never even consider setting foot upon such a place, because I reasoned it wasn’t meant for guys. Fortunately though, my old girlfriend succeeded in convincing me to try it out, and well… it really didn’t take long until I became a fan! There are lots of different activities and therapies available in moder SPA’s, and it’s amazing how relaxing it can get. A good SPA weekend is far better than a whole week travelling around, as far as health is concerned. And if you don’t believe me… well, maybe you’d just better try it out for yourself!

Wisdom is one of those words that gets thrown around a lot, particularly by people who really aren’t so wise. In all circumstance, it’s still possible to make a movie focused on providing viewers with a certain understanding of what wisdom is all about, without being overtly unwise… and this video is actually the trailer to such movie. I’ve found it rather captivating, so hopefully you’ll feel the same.

While watching this, I kept thinking what I would answer if someone asked me that question… “What is Wisdom really all about?”. I think I’d have to say that wisdom is all about not pretending to know for sure what wisdom is, but all the while having courage to believe in our own inner wisdom. All in all, I think wisdom is not unlike balance. Does that make any sense to you? If someone can come up with a better definition, I hope you’ll share with the rest of us via comments.

What is the thing with kids and dinosaurs, anyway? I remember when I was younger, I was a huge fan of everything dinosaur-related, from movies and tv-shows to toys and collectibles. I’d always associated my preference to the whole Jurassic Park hype from back then, but just now I was leisurely strolling around this educational toys website, and I was struck by this impression that kids nowadays are still very much interested in those funky over sized lizards from yester-age.

Just looking at these toys brings so much memories! I almost feel like getting some for myself, but I suppose It’ll be more appropriate to get some for my nephews and take the chance to tell them all about the wonderful Jurassic era. I don’t know about you, but I’m very happy to realize there’s still a market for educational plastic toys, in the fast-paced technological days we live by.
