I think it was Gandhi who said it best, when we told us that hard work is a spiritual matter, and by putting our undivided selves into everything we do, we’re granted a glimpse of spiritual enlightenment. Well, even though that’s definitely a noteworthy - and commendable - philosophy, it goes without saying that a men (or woman) has gotta be able to take a little break every now and then, to wind down the pressure.
With that in mind, I’m providing you today with not one, but actually a butt-load of fun flash games which I hereby encourage that you play off until your heart sings in leisurely contentment. I know some of you people had been moaning because It’s been a long time since I presented you with a good lead for a Flash-based coffee break type of game. It’s great news for gaming fans all across the globe: Nintendo is going to be releasing the new, improved version of the DS (touted by some as “DS Advance” and “DS2″ by others), which is rumored to include more powerful graphics, bigger screens, and double tactile input similar to iPhone.
Naturally, the official specs haven’t been disclosed yet, but throughout the Internet, some creative people have been coming up with some rather inspired creative visualizations. I figured I’d round up some of my favorite for your viewing enjoyment, so here you go:

So you enjoy doodling around and playing silly and funny games online? You’re a huge dictionary fan and you’re always looking forward to the next chance to get some people together for a game session? Well, today I’m about to introduce you to the next best thing - a game called iSketch which plays pretty much like an online version of the classic party game Pictionary. If you’re familiar with this game of words and drawings, then you know the drill… each player takes turns trying to convey a particular word to the other players using nothing but doodles. It’s as much simple as addictive, so quit just standing there and head out towards the iSketch homepage and have some fun. It’s free and requires no installations, so enjoy yourself.

However, if you think it’s just good for playing games, here’s something that might get you thinking outside the box. Provided you own a homebrew card and download the Protein DS software, you’ll easily turn your portable games console into a pint-size beatbox. Don’t believe it? Just watch:
