United we get Across, Divided we’d Stumble!

I just stumbled across this cartoon (author unkown) which clearly demonstrates an important principle which should not be taken lightly: when people effectively work together as a team, the whole is always greater than just a sum of the parts. I felt like sharing the picture, along with a little food for thought, so brace yourself:

this is how we do it!

this is how we do it!

This reminds me of that old chinese story, which revolved around twigs… you see, you can easily break 10 twigs separately, but once you join them together, it will be unlikely you can break them at once (unless you have got some super-breaking powers, or something like that). Keep this in mind for future reference! It may not sound like much, but trust me… anyone who suceeds in genuinely working as a team will succeed in going places he never be capable of getting at on his own.

WTTF? Welcome to The Future, and hope you’ll enjoy!

admin October 8th, 2008

I’ve been reading a lot of webstrips lately, and there’s a few I’m planning to share with all you good Internet people in the near future. However, I just came across this particular strip from the WTTF (welcome to the future) cartoon which felt somehow urgent to post.

Hm… how do I put this without getting into political bias… I feel its’ urgent to share this specific cartoon at this moment in history simply because I’m a huge adept of … hm, science. That’s right. Now and ever, genuine… mmm, science should e allowed to triumph over sheer evil. Now quit thinking and get reading some comics, if you will! Welcome to the Future!

What if Futurama was real - right here and now?

admin April 2nd, 2008

Sometimes we feel as though time gets by too quickly, the other times it feels as though we’re trailing an imminent future that never quite becomes real. Sometimes we feel as though life is way too serious, and other times life makes us feel almost as if we’re living through a surreal cartoon. Well, I can understand it might get a bit confusing, so I decided to add to the mix with this awesome realistic rendering of Matt Groenings show futurama!
