I’ve seen many cool animals back in my day… but these two belong in a league of their own. Just watch this picture closely and tell me if those aren’t the coolest seals this side of the south pole! I don’t know what’s with animals that makes them so insanely cool, but I’m certainly groovin’ to see those little huge critters chillin’. This picture really made my day!

It certainly comes as no surprise how the vast blue seas are populated with the strangest creatures imaginable to man. But still, I’ve just caught glimpse - via internet, mind you - of this remarkably strange specimen, with quite the self-explanartory name: It’s called the Peacock Mantis Shrimp, because, well… it looks like a cross-over between the aformentioned creatures. I’m rather impressed with its amalgamated colorful look, so here’s a video tribute to this unique creature from the marine depths.

It’s been a long time since I posted a bit of news from the animal kingdom, so today I’ve decided to find something interesting from nature’s realm. Not just something interesting but actually quite fascinating and vivid. Nudibranchs or Sea slugs are quite possibly the most colorful animals on earth, and it won’t take you long to realize why so. The Ridiculously Rapid Rotating Turbo Hamster!

If you ever owned a hamster, I’m sure you’ve realized those little sluggers are really into running those little hamster wheels from here to the other side of Jupiter. Well, even though it’s a common hamster thing, there is occasionally a few specimens that take it a little to far. In case you’re wondering… check this flick for an example!
