Improv Everywhere is a self-explanatory group of comedians whose mission is to stir public opinion, while making people laugh. This group specializes in public pranks, and recently they’ve began recruiting public members to help them create noteworthy statements, which some people like referring to as flash mobs. Some of their most famous pranks are the no-pants subway ride, the U2 rooftop prank, and most notably, this video I’m about to show you which they refer to as Frozen Grand Central. This particular video was remarkably successful due to widespread internet exposure on several high-traffic websites; watch for yourself and you’ll easily realize why!
