I’ve just come across this intriguing poll while further delaying a shower I’ve been meaning to get for the past few hours, and I was promptly enticed to write a post about the noble art of showering. I mean, this is something huge and we barely acknowledge it, most times: have you ever considered what would happen to the so-called modern civilizations in suddenly no showers were available? Well, I’ll tell you what, nice and straight: most likely it would stink.

Have you had one of those days were nothing seems to go right because you had to skip the morning shower - quite possibly because someone else was hogging all the hot water? (hint: try getting a tankless water heater) Have you ever felt as though you were uncomfortable getting close to people, in fear they might notice you smell funny that day? Have you ever the sheer amount of cultural significance associated with showering? Have you realized how man and women adopt contrasting perceptions of this phenomenon? Just watch this video and think about it… myself I’m off to cleanse!
