Paleo Cookbooks Review: delinutriciously worth reading?

Paleo (Paleaolithic) diet – also known as “veganism for athletes”, this kind of diet is getting increasingly popular nowadays. In general terms, it proposes that we should favor the same kinds of foods our ancestors did… in essence, there’s much to learn about Paleo and how it can improve our life quality.

Paleo Diet Cookbok Review: is it good?

In case you don’t know, “Paleo Cookbooks” is a bundle of e-books (400+ pages total) that purport to a double task: one of the books explains and details the precepts of Paleo, and the other teaches hundreds of Paleo recipes, including paleo breakfast recipes, Paleo lunch and supper… and there’s even a diverse selection of Paleo desserts.

"The Paleo Cookbooks" by Nikki Young

These Paleo Diet Cookbooks have been getting rather popular in the past few months, so I figured it might be worth looking into them. I’ve heard nothing but praises about Paleo nutrition,  so I figured this would be a good opportunity to explore the Paleo lifestyle further. I am reasonably informed about its advantages, but I don’t know many recipes so that always kept me from being a regular practitioner, so to speak. Well, judging from the vast selection of recipes in this bundle, that will no longer be a problem.

I just purchased Nikki Young’s “Paleo Cookbooks” yesterday from the official website at just over $30, and I immediately got access to the digital files comprising the cookbook, plus a few extra files with neat bonuses– which I’ll go over later. I’ve skimmed through the contents, and will now proceed to review the contents for anyone who’s interested in it. Actually, here’s the table of contents in the actual recipe book in the “Paleo Cookbooks” bundle (in my opinion it’s the star of the show):

And if that’s not just enough for you, here’s a comprehensive list with ALL the foods in the recipe volume that comes in the Paleo Cookbook bundle. Check it out and see for yourself if you could live with this kind of menu… personally, I’m drooling all over, and the only real challenge is choosing which recipes I’ll try first. I think today for supper I’ll be trying the Ratattouille recipe in the Paleo Cookbooks. But I digress… here’s the full index with all the actual recipes in the Paleo Cookbooks bundle.

Paleo Cookbook review – beyond recipes

When you purchase the Paleo Cookbooks, you actually get a bundle with two main books and some neat bonuses. So far we’ve looked over the Recipe book, and it does look pretty impressive. Next, I’ll be focusing on the Lifestyle book in the bundle. It seems to provide a lot of useful information, and I like the writing style, but since I haven’t finished reading it I’ll do it before finishing this review. As a matter of fact, I’m going to eat thorough it (pun) in the next couple of days… so if you’re reading this make sure to come back soon for the remaining review of the Paleo Cookbooks!
