DJ Hero Game!
If you’re a fan of video games and electronic music, chances are that you enjoy the DJ Hero game. Well… there’s also a chance you may feel this is some kind of unholy mixture. If that’s the case, let me reassure you: this is a FUN game. I mean, guitar hero fun. Actually, I mean, it might even be more engaging than Guitar Hero depending on what your favorite type of music is. All things accounted for, I decided it would be worthwhile coming up with my own Dj Hero review… so here you go.

DJ HERO review: good or bad?
The basics: As I’ve mentioned, this game feels like a DJ version of guitar hero (hence the name Guitar Hero). With the game, you get a plastic turntable imitation with three colored buttons, and your mission is to simply press, hold or scratch using the right button as indicated by the on-screen colors.

In this game you only get to use one turntable (as you may know, real DJ’s use two). However, the blue button is used to control one deck and the green bother the other deck, so in this sense at least the experience offerered by DJ hero isn’t that different from an actual DJ session. Except well, you’re only expected to fiddle with three buttons as opposed to mess around with complicated equalizers and assorted audio controls.

If you would like to get a feeling of what it’s like being a DJ without having to learn a bunch of technical stuff, DJ Hero is perfect for you. Simply put, this videogame conveys the thrill of DJ’ing in a simple and enjoyable package. Anyone who urges to rock the house should definitely try this game out.
The graphics in DJ hero are quite impressive, and the music tracks are probably one of its strongest points. Anyone who’s a fan of electronic music will likely enjoy playing this game. This is the kind of video game that’s particularly awesome to invite some friends around for good old fashioned gaming sessions. If that’s your kind of thing, you shouldn’t miss this one out!
