As Imaginative As Children: can you remember?

admin June 19th, 2008

The following set of illustrations was conceived as an ad campaign for TIJI tv (France). I could engage and endless rant about how children’s imagination is vivid, and how we could all benefit from maintaining our innocence and experience each moment with a fresh perspective, but I think that would kind of defeat the whole point. So just feast your eyes, loosen your mind, and set sail on the boat of dreaming….

If anything you’re like 99% other human beings, I’m sure you must think of ants as annoying pests, nothing more than a nuissance… nature’s pestering micro minions. Well, just so you know, that’s but one side of the question. Amy Winehouse does not want to go rehab… maybe she ought to.

admin June 17th, 2008

Okay, so she’s a lovely young lady, that’s granted. And she keeps telling us no, no, no she won’t go to rehab. But, come on… how far can cuteness, talent and an amazing voice take you? It seems to me Amy Winehouse is on a road to nowhere, judging from the following video which took place a few weeks back in Lisbon, Portugal.

According to the legend, this is how it went. Prior to the concert, Amy allegedly demanded for a selection of the Best Portuguese wines, and apparently she must have enjoyed her drinks… possibly quite too much. Whatever might have happened that’s not really important… the real message here is … get a grip, Amy Winehouse! Less wine and more singing! Make a new album while you’re at it.

Secure your identity, get yourself a lifelock!

admin June 17th, 2008

Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of buzz concerning a new kind of fraud prevention service named lifelock. Since so many people seem to be tossing that word around lately, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to look it up, and maybe cut a little slice discussing the issue.

Simply put, lifelock is an innovative service aimed at preventing identity fraud; meaning their business is to make sure no one goes around trying to use your personal of finantial information for ill purposes. The company’s mission statement is about helping consumers “render their personal information useless to thieves, backing up its service with a one million-dollar service guarantee.” Judging from the prices they’ve won along with the exponential growth, I’d say lifelock is in for the long haul. So if you hadn’t quite understood what it’s all about, this is your chance!

If you’ve used this service and /or you know additional information, make sure to let us know via comments. Thanks!

Change your Life! Start with changing the … way you dress up?

admin June 17th, 2008

There are all kinds of people in this world, and it’s almost wrong to come up with this kind of generalization… but let me tell you something. There are possibly two opposing types of people in the world: Conformists and non-conformists. There are people who’ll keep doing the same thing over and over again, and there are these crazy souls who really can’t keep themselves from doing the same old thing in unexpected new ways. Just watch:
