I usually tell people I know a sure-shot indicator for performing a simple and effective sanity check, and so far no one has refuted this theory - it’s pretty much common sense if you think about it. You see, I believe that when a person stops questioning his sanity, that’s probably the same time the person has went over the edge. Have you ever seen a crazy person questioning his own sanity? I think not. Granted, our brains are complex systems, and our minds operate within intricate patterns which can’t easily be systematized. But so far, this simple rule of thumb has provided me with much insight, regarding the borderlines of human sanity.

If you’re the person who regularly enjoys checking his own sanity, then good for you! I think we all should take a break every now and then, and delve into this issue. Granted, mental health goes a lot beyond the sanity issue, but self-knowledge is generally an asset. So, if you’re interested in contemplating these issues more thoroughly, you should tune in to the Your Mental Health Radio Talk Show, as well as browsing through the Mental Health Talk Radio Home Page. This Internet Radio Talk Show has been around for a while, and it airs twice weekly, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 PM EST. Each show focuses several issues related with mental health, so it’s worth adding to your bookmarks for future reference.
Enjoy your mental health, and don’t cease to question yourself!
