Don’t you think this kind of old musical is utterly fascinating? Everything is so random and cheery, and everyone seems to be having such a great time, that I cannot help but wonder sometimes… what it would be like if real life was staged as a musical. Yeah I know, it would probably get awkward like that, but you can’t blame a guy for wondering. Myself, I’d certainly wouldn’t mind walking on that guy’s shoes, at least for a little while.
This is a great piece of cinematographic history, but let’s face it: you’ll never get rich with Fred Astaire! If you’re the kind of person who’s driven by the prospect of wealth, I don’t think it’s a good idea to try and tap-dance your way into financial prosperity. If you’re looking for a business avenue which will provide you with realistic fortune-building potential, you might want to try and sell real estate; just the other day I was reading a great book titled “The Millionaire Mind”, and it really opened my eyes to the potential wealth which can be amassed from real estate speculation.
Myself, I suppose I still prefer tap-dancing to the old tunes - even though I’ll admit - maybe you can’t get rich with Fred Astaire, but you certainly can get rich with Real Estate! Whether you choose dancing around or trying to get rich, just make sure you’re chasing happiness!
