There is something noteworthy about this Waldo person… he must have had it rough, in his early years. Waldo must have really have had a tough life, running around trying to go unnoticed all the time. For some unknown reason, everyone felt compelled to find his whereabouts, even as he simultaneously felt compelled to dress in peculiar striped garments. It seemed as though the red and white four-eyed prodigy was bound by fate and causality to become the kind of person everyone else would chase around for no particular reason!
The saddest thing about it? Once they found Waldo, everyone simply walked away! They just wanted to find him, that’s all - their aim fulfilled, there was nothing else to say or do. Can you imagine how the poor fellow must have felt? How he must feel, even now? How would *you* feel if people keep looking for you and trying to spot you from the crowd, only to stick it they had “FOUND YA!” and go on with their lives? You’d probably feel as though life was a game of tag, that’s how!
Anyway… Waldo’s destiny had been forged in stone; and with time and perseverance, he became really good at what he did. After a while, it was like… most people really couldn’t find him at all, no matter how hard they tried! Waldo became a master in his craft, and sooner than we noticed, it took actual skill to see through his uncanny camouflage talent, that allows him to dress in highly flashy costume all the time - and still deceive the gross of the population.
You’ve gotta hand it to him: Waldo… now, there’s a character.
