If you’ve visited Slices of Life before, you’re likely to know that I’m a big fan of optical illusions. In fact, I have created several posts focusing this subject - just try using the search box to find “illusion”. Well, today I’ll show you another illusion-related website which I’ve quickly recognized as my top choice. It’s actually a collection of pages dubbed 77 Optical Illusions & Visual Phenomena - the great thing about this place is that besides including several examples (such as the one above), the author has detailed each illusion/phenomena with a detailed reasoning and analysis of the underlying effect.

If you’re interested in visual illusions, there’s a good chance this webpage will make your day! You’ll probably recognize several of the pictures in this collection, the volume of additional information and extra controls / experimentation over the illusions really makes it worth visiting. Just watch out, though… if you’re prone to getting epileptic seizures, you might want to skip this one. Otherwise, go ahead and enjoy!
