I recently got this great lead concerning what is quite possibly the most amazing mono-wheel vehicle which has reached prototype phase. This impressive gadget was developed by Bombardier, a notorious Quebec-based company which has come up with many innovative vehicles.

 This mono-wheel was envisioned as the kind of transportation people will be likely to use in the year 2025, and it sports many interesting features; for example, the single wheel is kept in moving balance through a sophisticated gyroscope, and there’s an accessory support wheel (which you should notice in the picture to the left), which automatically unfolds to keep the vehicle’s balance, when speed decreases bellow 12 mph.

Myself… I’m just drooling with this futuristic design and wondering… I can easily see this kind of transportation becoming hugely popular in the future present - it’s slick, compact and judging from the specs…it provides a highly thrilling and effective method of locomotion!
