Visiting Le Croissant is not enough: it’s best to try *being* Le Croissant!

It’s funny I was just telling you about travelling and how it’s important to understand some of the customs before you visit a country. As fate or synchronicity would have it, I found this amazing website which offers a service unlike anything I had seen: providing an independent listing of properties for sale, rental or vacations scattered through the Mediterranean.

The great thing about this website is that it’s really intuitive, and it features an extensive database of over 7000 properties in Spain, Italy, France and Cyprus. Furthermore, the site is thoroughly translated in 7 languages and that is a really cool thing in my opinion. If you ask me, this is what travelling should be about… I mean, to *really* get to know a culture you need to become immersed, and this isn’t something you can easily get from a 1-2 week tour through the touristic spots.
So next time you consider visiting Europe, perhaps heading out towards France for some lovely Le Croissants, why not consider becoming a Le Croissant, yourself? Just look up a french property for rental and stick around for a month or two! Chances are you’ll spend a lot less money than you would in the traditional touristic routs, and you’ll be likely to have a lot more fun! Think about it, and just remember it’s rude asking a french chef for ketchup - that implies you don’t like the food!
“Croissant and Ketchup don’t match” Just use this mnemonic and you’ll be fine!
