Maybe that’s just me getting older, but I think there’s something utterly cool about an expecting mother. Even more so, I think it’s great that so many up-and-coming mothers these days have realized they ought to be proud of the little aliens dwelling in their tummies. This might be just an impression, but I have the idea that a few years back pregnant women appeared more reserved concerning their pregnancies - as though being pregnant was something to be ashamed of, or at least something aesthetically unpleasant.

This widespread feeling used to be reflected in the very clothes pregnant women traditionally wore, which used to be tacky and oftentimes outright ugly - as if an expecting mother had no right to feel pretty. Well fortunately it seems that pregnancy has become more fashionable, and that’s positively a good thing; just think where we’d end up without all the new babies!

Nowadays, getting the diaper bags no longer equates dressing in ugly garments, and there are many fashion choices for pregnant women - which provide all the required comfort without neglecting the good looks. If you’re either pregnant or you plan to be in the near future, maybe you should take a look at this catalogue (Due Maternity); I think it will help feel better about yourself, if you’re worried and insecure about the transformations your body will have to endure.
