Spend less, earn more: further reflections into 2008
+
This is going to be a tough year, and we shouldn’t be shy about it. The term “recession” has been buzzing around for quite some time, and there are increasingly more people with severe financial troubles. I keep hearing more and more consumerist victims who have to go and borrow money in order to make ends meet, and it certainly looks the sunny days of financial freedom won’t clear up anytime soon. Thankfully, there’s a lot of good advice to be found, it’s only a matter of being willing to take it.
Nowadays there are several websites focusing upon helping people through a wide range of services, such as secured loans, or the ability to compare credit cards. While this is doubtlessly an advantage, people should really make an effort to cut the problem from the root, by striving towards financial freedom rather than indulging the easy road of debt-stacking. I’d honestly like to find a way to help with this problem, and in a way, I think it might be possible. So I’ve decided that through 2008, I’ll make sure to keep looking for ways to make some easy money online – I’m confident that will help. Also, hopefully during this year I’ll finally be able to start paying people who want to contribute with their own slices of life.
In any case, just remember: the best formula to improve your finances is actually quite simple: spend less, earn more. So, stay tuned for (hopefully) more of the latter.

Between my family we’ve had more prepaid credit cards over the years than we can count, including Current, Greendot, etc. But, the last few years we’ve found that one is the best for our needs AccountNow Visa. Why? Because I was ecstatic to discover how well-designed and no sweat to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) AccountNow Visa’s are.
