I just found something truly priceless, for every Star Wars fan out there. This is not some kind of parody, mind you. It’s actual test footage from the original star wars movie, back from the 1970’s. Apparently these two scenes weren’t included in the final version of the movie due to time constraints; in the opening scene you see Luke ranting with a seriously primitive prototype of C3PO, and then having a discussion with Biggs regarding the widespread dominance of the Intergalactic Empire, and the rumors of some dreamers who believe in a rebellion This is truly fascinating material for a number of reasons, and it’s pretty cool watching it; makes you feel almost as if you’re part of the production. The quality of the video gets better towards the end, so be patient. Cheers!
