I’ve just caught sight I of some interesting photos from the so-called Solid Rock Church (Ohio) and I figured I’d flash them here: not to redeem myself from the slightly blasphemous post I made recently about being friends with god; not because I’m one of those (how do I put it) Jesus Junkies, but simply because I think this is an awe-striking view, and a great work of art to boot.

As you can see, this is possibly one of the largest Jesus statues in existence (at least proportionally, since most of the figure is buried underground), and I think the artists really done a superb job carving this colossal chunk of rock. And in case you’re left wondering, no: I don’t have anything about Jesus, I just think people should pay more attention to His message and be less concerned with mere worship. I’m just crazy like that, what else can I say? Oh, yes… “Pray Less, Love More”.
