I know I keep telling you to get more exercise, and that’s positively all around good advice. However, you should probably start with something a little less drastic than what you’re about to see… otherwise, chances are you’ll end up with scratches and bruises, best case scenario. Still, if you feel like joining the mouse potato staring competition (which is probably the most popular activity in the vast cyberspace), then by all means feast you eyes on this amazing demonstration of break dance.
