I’m personally not the kind of person who favors the whole chemical diet thing. As far as I’m concerned, overweight people really have three basic options:
1) they should come to terms with their figure (they shouldn’t hate themselves, to begin with)
2) they should closely monitor their own food habits (rule of thumb: eat more green, gobble less fat)
3) they should figure out ways to have more exercise (just walking to the bus isn’t quite enough, although it’s a reasonable start).
Any person who honestly follows this three-fold plan is much likely to drop extra pounds in no-time. Granted, it’s no harm using supplements, such as this hydroxycut; *provided* you remember it’s only a supplement, not a magic potion! Change your habits, and your habits will change you accordingly! Get more exercise, and be happy! Oh… and stop worrying so much about what other people think of you!
