To the unsuspecting observer, this may look like nothing more but a silly video featuring a doped-up bodybuilder. Some watchers have commented this might just be the up-and-coming Chuck Norris - while I do agree with such comment to an extent (there’s something about his face that’s reminiscent of the good ol’ ranger), I still know best - for what I bring you today is a little piece of Internet history, a proud addiction to the roster of ill-famed Internet People.
