Have you ever heard about something called “chi“? As in Tai Chi? The quoted term can be defined in various ways – most abstract things can – however for the sake of convenience, we shall refer to it as our inner power. This is not merely something you can read about; more importantly I think it’s something you can feel. If you pay close attention to yourself, you’ll notice there’s a physical strenght to your body, which is obvious – but there’s also another kind of force scouring your veins, and permeating through your entire body… force which is quite more subtle, even tough it can also be quite powerful, once you learn to harness its potential. There are several methods for raising awareness of this subtle force, as well as techniques aimed at developing conscious control of it. I’ll leave you with a couple videos featuring exhibitions by people who have developed such control.
