The simulator is an artsy website that provides a reflection on life ( I suppose). Within the simulation you’ll get to make similar choices to those you make in real life, ever since you wake up – such as stay in bed/snooze, have showe/have breakfast etc. There are points where it becomes funny (such as when you get to read the box of cereals while having breakfast), there are momets when it becomes annoying (when you have to painsakingly flip 5 Mcburgers by clicking on the ingredients one by one); there are times where you’ll be wondering whether you’re playing a life simulator on the internet, or if the internet is playing a life simulator on you. All in all, this is an interesting, somewhat though-provoking, ride; so you should give it a try!

“Building The Simulator is an attempt at accenting and exploring the edge between the simulacrum of the internet and banal physical existence. By reverting physicalness into digital space, one is alerted discrepancies between physical and digital existence. Physical concepts of linear time and space – when re-created in digital format – seem odd or humorous. Writing, working, and physically relaxing do not translate literally into a digital realm. The attempt to do so, however, makes the parallax between the two noticeable.”
