They’re only a bit more expensive than regular vacuum cleaners, and from what I’ve read about it, these cool japanese gadgets are actually highly efficient. Most units seem to be designed as a round, flat disk with several built-in sensors that allow it to navigate the floor, avoid obstacles, and detect whether the floor has been finished cleaning.
