There’s an increasing amount of authors who choose to publish their comics online. Naturally, as chance would have it, there are usually quite a few pearls surfacing among the pack. Doubtless, this is one of such pearls.

Authored by a Swiss artist who calls himself Demian 5, “When I am king” is the wordless graphical misadventure of an Egyptian king who lives through one of those days when nothing works right. In the process, he gets angry, gets abused, gets a new dromedary friend, and learns a lesson or two about the world he lives in.

This is just an amazing display of what can be accomplished trough a webcomic. The spechless action really gives it a graphical edge, turning the experience into a visual breeze. A must! If you like it, you should support the author, he’s got some really cool surprises hidden away in the members section.
